I booked Jay through a recommendation and I am so pleased with the results! I have been really busy with life/work lately and I let everything go - I was so embarrassed but Jay made me feel at ease when I expressed my concerns to her.
I came home to a spotless house - she explained in detail what she had cleaned and done and everything was spot on.

How long have you been in business?
I have had my own cleaning business for 7 years. I previously was based in london and had the pleasure of cleaning amazing homes, so after changing location i decided to carry on in a new area. Love my job.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, i can provide all products and equipment although sometimes its easier to use ny clients hoovers as rhey are aready in the property.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact i can make a house feel fresh and welcoming for busy familys, single parents needing a helping hand or eldery.. whoever it may be i love that side and form great relationships with my clients and gain trust to enter peoples homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When i became a mother i thought it was a good flexible job to be able to jugle with home life. It started off small but had built up and the fact i love cleaning
Why should our clients choose you?
I am reliable, trustworthy and honest. I am very accommodating and no job is too much. If i can, i will. I love cleaning and think of all the little details for a loving home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During covid i would enter houses wearing full PPI. And onlt if that was okay woth customers. I avoided the elderly or high risk and would only gonto empty propertys.
Many people decided to have a break which was also absolutely fine.
