Highly recommended Ross and the team. They are currently working on a 2 room extension to our property and a new stable block for us. Their attention to detail is amazing, they have definitely gone above and beyond with my stable block making something I think most people would be happy to move into not just my very pampered horses. The EDINBUILD team recently carried out a rear extension on my property at Newcraighall which involved a significant amount of structural steel work and removal of existing walls, and were the main contractor for all other trades throughout the project. We wanted to replace our carpet in the living room and asked Ross to pop by to discuss our options as we also wanted to replace our skirting boards and door facings. He listened to what we were wanting and gave us his suggestions. We got a quote which was broken down so nothing was hidden and then confirmed a date which suited both of us. The boys arrived on time to put the new floor down, worked in a tidy manner and completed the job in good time. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
An architect or surveyor will be able to advise you whether your garage is suitable to convert, particularly the soundness of the walls, roof and foundations.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Design youre space, i would recommend using an architect at initial stage
Apply for building warrant/planning (if required)
Find a builder and receive quotes

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
An architect or surveyor will be able to advise you whether your loft is suitable to convert, particularly the head height is the main factor which determines what can be acheived.

I used to work away from home alot and when i had kids things changed, i decided to set up at home and never looked back.
