What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference in our service users lives. What we do helps them to stay living independently in their own homes with dignity through the delivery of good, quality individual personal care and support.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The aim is to advance a social cause by helping to improve the quality of life for our service users through certainty of support, quality of service and enabling them to remain independent in their home by providing additional care support where needed. Our goal is to deliver services that focus on the mitigation of hospital admittances, behaviour change and self-care in order to maximise the ability of service user to live independently and safely, in their own home within the community

We deliver personalised care and support and ensure that the services we deliver meet the assessed needs and outcomes of service users. Our services are focused on maintaining service users’ dignity, privacy, freedom of choice and treat them with respect at all times. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use the correct PPE and our staff receive up to date training in infection control. We have a policy on Covid 19 that all our staff are aware of and adhere to. We carry out spot checks in the field to ensure infection control guidelines are being met.
