What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to meet and work with some really interesting and lovely people. I love the whole creative process from initial consultation through to design, then seeing that design become a reality, for it to utterly transform an outdoor space and add so much to the clients home and life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was more about the type of business that I wanted to start. I’m passionate about the outdoors and outdoor spaces and believe that a well-designed garden will add considerable value to your lifestyle as well as to your house. I see gardens and outdoor spaces as outdoor rooms, perfect spaces to relax, entertain and have fun, yet they tend to be underused and undervalued spaces. I feel that I had a certain ability to understand and visualise what my clients were looking for even if they were unable to articulate it and translate it into a functional and aesthetic design.
