Choosing our services would be an excellent decision for individuals who need support and assistance in their daily lives as we provide personalized support that is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our clients, we help our clients feel safe and secure in their own homes, especially if they are elderly, disabled, or have health concerns. We also offer emotional support and companionship, which can be especially important for individuals who may be feeling isolated or lonely. We provide a listening ear, offer encouragement, and provide a source of comfort and reassurance. Due to the nature of our work, most of our services are in-person services. Although we can provide companionship care virtually. This decision would depend on the needs of the client and it would be in collaboration with the client and they would play an active role in making this decision.

We have implemented more frequent and rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures. Due to the nature of our work, we make sure to disinfect high-touch surfaces, provide hand sanitiser, and encourage employees to wash their hands frequently. We are also conscious of Social distancing measures and the importance of wearing masks if need be.
