We just wanted to say the biggest thank you for everything Samuel and his team did for us on our wedding day, you were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. You worked so hard and we can't thank you enough! Our family and friends all thought you were brilliant! The food was absolutely unbelievable and you were so lovely to work with! The canapés, the starter, main and desert, the evening food, we honestly couldn't of enjoyed it all more. It was all perfect and all our guests were raving about them. What a great experience from start to finish. Located Sam on a website search. Sam offers a great menu choice, we went with the 7 course taster menu. Food was delicious and plentiful. Sam and his colleague arrived at our cottage on time, were super professional. The food was exactly as ordered… A perfect experience for a special occasion. At the end of a wonderful wedding weekend at the Lingholm Estate we had a superb evening meal provided by Sam & Ash and impeccable service from Nathan and Stacey. We would highly recommend the team if you're in the lakes and looking to use a private chef. All allergies/intolerances were catered for and each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. My experience with Eden Catering was so positive from start to end. I had to book rather last minute due to covid messing up original plans for my sister's Hen party dinner, but I am actually glad that it meant I got to work with Samuel. He was very responsive, super helpful and made everything so easy to organise. There was plenty of choice on the menu for all the girls to choose from and the food on the evening was absolutely fantastic! Everyone commented how delicious their food was. The Eden team set up and clean up too meaning we didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves and the wonderful food. We were looking for a private chef for our friends special 50th birthday dinner at a holiday home in the Lake District. We were passed Sam's details by a local outdoor style caterer as we needed a recommendation as we weren't from the area. There were 12 of us and all with different tastes in food. Including a gluten and dairy intolerant guest. We had a fantastic choice of each course and Sam kept in touch with me every step of the way promptly and efficiently. We literally struck gold with Sam and his team who were warm, friendly, helpful and most of all, served beautiful food. Everything was delicious, well presented and served on time. We all loved it and all 12 of us enjoyed every morsel. There was no prep or clearing away for us and infact the whole experience was just perfect. Wow! What an amazing experience. I was tasked with arranging a Hen Weekend...I wanted something very special for my Bride, Samuel and his team, Ash, Nathan and Ruby went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail and the amazing talent of Ash, our chef, he exceeded my expectations. Our evening was seemless from the moment they arrived until the second they left. The meals were all beautifully presented and extremely delicious. I'll never know how you can cook 7 completely different starters, main meals and deserts in a kitchen that you've never worked in before all of the dishes were cooked to perfection, huge praise to Ash. We also had a murder mystery, so the chef and waiting staff had to work round our 'scenes', as I said the service was seamless. Thank you also for leaving the kitchen sparkling. We hired Eden Catering for a family holiday at Low Graithwaite Hall. Samuel cooked an evening meal for us then did afternoon tea followed by a BBQ over the course of our weekend. I don't have any negatives to say, he was completely professional, extremely courteous and his food was amazing. Wowsers!! What an experience! We contacted Sam to cater for my mums 70th and he did not disappoint. This is private dining at its best. He was responsive from our first communication and provided different options to see what suited us best. Sam and the team arrived with plenty of time to prep and we didn’t need to lift a finger, the dining table looked beautiful and the service was fabulous. I thought we would only be able to pick a few options for the group (9 of us) but we were each able to choose our own courses with a beautiful selection. I went for the cured salmon, beef fillet and mango pannacotta and everything was simply stunning. I cannot rate his food highly enough, every course was perfection on a plate. We were all over the moon with what we had chosen and the cheeseboard to finish was the cherry on top of our very full tummy’s!! Samuel of Eden Catering has been amazing from start to finish. He was great to work with when we were designing the menu for our celebration wedding dinner. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that he took every care and consideration to make sure that we were totally happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting a few weeks before the wedding and so we had every confidence that all would be perfect on the day. And indeed it was! Right from the start, Samuel Key from Eden Catering demonstrated a professional and versatile approach to our enquiry for a catered meal in our rented holiday house to celebrate a special birthday. We received numerous types of menus and eventually settled on a custom built one to suit all our tastes. The outcome was spectacular - delicious food, lovingly prepared by two chefs who came with all their own equipment and served by Stacey (an optional extra) who was a wonderful addition to the team. After finding Samuel & Eden Catering Solutions to cater for my son's birthday weekend in the Lake District all the stress & pressure was taken away. Samuel was really helpful in allowing us to tweak the menu to include some of my son's favourite dishes. On the day, they were on time, efficient at setting up and then the food was just amazing!! The steaks were cooked to perfection and even the little things were thought of, like warm plates. A big thank you to Ash & Annie also. Nothing was too much trouble and the kitchen was left immaculate. We can't thank you all enough, it was the best ending to an amazing weekend in the Lakes.
