Myself and my partner are first time buyers and before the process I felt daunted about the buying process especially through shared ownership. Matt was excellent throughout 2 months of contact communication and explained every step of the process and answered any queries we had. Because of our deafness we couldn't use the telephone Matt was happy to chat online instead, and he also made sure the solicitor and others involved in the process aware of our deafness. Where do i start? Absolutely brilliant customer service from Matt and the team. Being a first time buyer i had all the support, and felt comfortable asking the questions i thought were embarrassing ones, but felt i needed to ask for that little bit of reassurance. Eddison Wells Ltd are amazing they helped me save a fortune on my mortgage, I've dealt with may companies over the years when remortgaging and I can highly recommend Eddison Wells over any others, they're professional yet easy to talk to, they're the most helpful company I've ever dealt with and as I said at the beginning I'm now paying a lot less than I was a few months back, I will be back once my fixed term is back. on a side note I've just got them to sort my parents mortgage out too, if thats not a recommendation then nothing is.
