Don’t use them! They fitted a gas fire for me 18 months ago. As it hadn’t been used since installation I tried to get them back to check it but they didn’t respond. I got another professional to do a check. He said it was so dangerous it would have killed us! Apparently not properly installed. I tried contacting them several times to ask them to come and have a look but gave up after 6 months. Fire now disconnected and never been used and has cost me £2000 More...

Eddie and his team were brilliant for me, within 10 days of me asking for a quote, the job was complete! Great prices and service, we didn't expect to have the fireplace finished before Christmas, so it was lovely to have a warm cosy fire on Christmas Eve!

I was really impressed by Eddie’s Fireplace Services. Matt was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and really helpful with all subsequent questions I had, and Eddie was round surveying the job within a couple of days. He was then back fitting the wood burning stove and closure plate in my daughters room fireplace within a week. Both jobs were done to an extremely high standard and with great attention to detail. Covers were used everywhere so the house was spotless when they had finished. Great job by the guys – after an initial site inspection to make sure everything was going to be OK, they were back 2 days later to install the stove, flue liners and make good.
