What do you love most about your job?
The variety of projects we work on mean any two jobs are rarely the same. This combined with new kit/equipment, allows you to stay fresh and constantly learning/improving on what design implementation best serves a client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for an established A/C installer for nearly 15 years, running projects under their banner, the next logical step for us was to give it a go for ourselves. Due to our efforts over the years and the mutual respect with our old firm, although disappointing for us to part ways, we left with our great relationship intact. So much so that we maintain an ongoing business relationship between our two companies - helping each other on projects where required.
Why should our clients choose you?
We as a company have some simple beliefs that we feel help us engage with our clients, and deliver projects both on time, and to the clients expectations. Communication is always key. The scope/design of works - particularly on bigger projects, is often subject to change in some way. We always aim to maintain on going dialogue with our clients, so that all parties are fully informed of progress throughout a project, and if obstacles arise we can resolve these quickly and efficiently.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our operatives follow the latest Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Covid-19 guidelines at all times (explained in more detail in our RAMS). Having worked through the various lockdowns, our operatives are well versed in the necessary procedures to try and maintain as safe an environment as practicable. As always any site specific Covid rules will always be adhered to.
