Planning Permissions
We are confident and have many years of experience gaining successful planning permissions. We also have a strong link with a planning consultant trained in local authority planning and neighbourhood plan development to assist when required.
Sustainable Architectural Design
We can take a project from brief, sketch design, through planning, building regulations and onto detailed construction drawings (BIM capabilities) ready to pass onto builders or quantity surveyors for pricing.
We can then leave it to a builder and you or work closely with one of our chosen builders, craftsmen and suppliers to complete the build.
Our aim is to design alongside you to create the most fitting design for you and the site. Where required we will collaborate with relevant specialists to cover all the technical bases.
With the help of highly detailed computer modelling we can design a building that has more cost and design certainty and if desired can be prefabricated from these drawings.
Where desired we can engage the skills and expertise of local craftsman, should these be within your scope and budget.
