Perfect dress pants repair and dry cleaningI brought in three pairs of dress pants (polyester/wool) that I'd torn the crotch in (moving from the East Coast to the Midwest did my thighs no favors). I wasn't aware that a sturdy repair was possible in this type of clothing, but they were expertly patched and all three pants have held up great! I'll admit that Santa Barbara knows how to slim a thigh down, so that may be helping as well. Regardless, I can now cross my giant legs in public again without having to worry about a crotch hole drawing attention to itself. The dry cleaning and service were spot on as well. Pops shoe repair is a professional and affordable place to go!  Jason has excellent customer service skills.  He notified me by email when my shoes were ready with pictures of my repaired shoes and I might say they looked better than when I bought them.!  5 stars!!

I love Eco Friendly Cleaners for a few reasons. First of all, your clothes are handled carefully and come back pristine with no dry cleaning fluid smell. Their process is customer friendly and planet friendly. Second, the owners and other folks who work there are courteous and friendly. We love Eco Friendly Cleaners! I trust them with some of my favorite pieces and they do a great job! Sam even found holes in one item I didn't even notice were there! They had me fixed up and on my way in no time. I love how their space is not only clean and professional, but inviting and fun! You can tell they've put a lot of thought into making their customers feel like family. And Eco Friendly is always adding new services to make it your one-stop shop. They truly do it all!! I attended their First Thursday event this month where they introduced Pop's Shoe Repair within their store. I love how they support small businesses. It's great for their customers AND for Santa Barbara. Also, while the rest of downtown may have faltered on their First Thursday rep, Eco Friendly ALWAYS has the best First Thursday events in town!! I had an amazing experience with Eco Friendly Cleaners, and had to write a review to complement Derek's outstanding customer service. I'm new to the area and needed a bridesmaids dress hemmed. Not only did Derek go above and beyond to help me find the parking lot (literally came out to help direct me when I was lost), even though I was cutting it really close to closing time. He was more than patient with all my questions, and even stayed late to answer questions I had related to pricing. I couldn't be happier to have found this location, and will recommend to all my coworkers and friends in the area. A real gem, and I can't rave enough about the customer service. OMGosh Samantha and her partner totally saved the day for my family!!! After traveling all day yesterday and finding out that my dress and my brother's dress shirt/pants were completely wrinkled we stopped in to their shop. They were so kind and gracious and said that they could press everything and gave it ready by noon today!!! Needless to say that they our clothing looked amazing. Got pizza stains on a dark blue shirt.  The stains were noticeable if you looked closely, but were largely obscured by the dark blue color.  The crew at Eco Friendly did a superb job of eradicating the stains and when I picked up the shirt, the counter man did something I've never seen a dry cleaning staffer do:  he laid the shirt on the counter, lifted the plastic wrapping, and inspected the shirt with me to make sure I was satisfied that the stains had been removed.  An excellent job and I'll definitely be back.Also a caveat about parking:  There are two gated lots beside the row of stores that contains Eco Friendly.  DO NOT park in the lots if their gates happens to be open.  The gates close automatically and your car can then be towed. Great experience. You pay upfront but I was told a later date than expected so they delivered A LOT earlier than I expected. I had a shirts and some jeans hemmed and they all came out looking amazing. I was really impressed and will definitely come here again. The best dry cleaner in town!  I had a couple of nice dress shirts that were really stained up badly.  I tried taking my shirts to another dry cleaner first who tried gauging me on the price just because of the stains!  Eco Friendly Cleaners gave me a great price and to my amazement, they got my stains out!  One of the owners, Samantha, was extremely nice.  You can really tell she cares about her customers and going the extra mile to create brand loyalty which I have found to be rare in Santa Barbara! Samantha, Greg, Christian, and Scott are some of the best and most friendly people I've ever encountered.I have gotten pants hemmed here before and shirts dry cleaned with no problems. If the shirt doesn't come out as white as you like it to, they will gladly clean it again, free of charge.I took in pants to get hemmed a few weeks ago, and the alterations came out to be not what I asked for - they kept the original hem and the fabric was clunky. Plus, the seam came out at the slightest tug. I stayed up at night panicking, and I was concerned that when I took it back they would charge me for it to be redone.I brought in my pants and told Samantha, and she listened to my concerns and told me they would take care of it without ever placing the blame on me. While they could not get the pants done before I had to move away permanently, they are going to finish them and ship it up to my new address free of charge!Even though it has been a few weeks since I originally took the pants in, I couldn't care less as the service has been nothing but spectacular and the experience worry-free.
