Unfortunately I can't give a positive review. We had a terrible experience securing Life Insurance with Easy Life. We raised a complaint in July and have followed up several times, but we haven't heard back.
I've escalated the complaint, and I've been told that it's being taken very seriously, but unfortunately nobody has called me back.
We are very concerned about this. We were signed up to insurance when we had explicitly stated not to, as we wanted to review the offer before deciding. The first time we knew this had happened was when we saw we owed money for the policy. I'd strongly recommend using another provider.
I gave Easy Life months to reply to me, but unfortunately as they haven't I've had no choice but to post this review publicly.
