AVOID AT ALL COST!! Booked for end of tenancy cleaning, paid £180 upfront, they were there for 3 hours in a studio flat, and I have no idea where they cleaned. Cob webs were still on the ceiling, walls were dusty, bathroom almost untouched, sinks were even worse than before. They owner said I shouldn’t let the cleaner go, I should’ve asked him to stayed and clean. It was 9:30pm. I pointed out a few spots not cleaned and he was just going over them with a bit of tissue paper, srsly?! What’s the point of keep telling him to do things if he’s not going to do it properly?
