We will handle everything related to your property. We will find you the right tenant, collect your rent and deal with any property-related emergencies 24 hours a day. We understand how important it is to do regular inspections and to keep your property in good condition. We even co-ordinate communal cleaning and gardening for you. Single Let- Full Management
Our fee for fully property management is typically 15% of the gross rent income. This can be negociated based on property type or number of properties.
As for our tenant finder's fee, we charge a one-time fee of £400, which includes everything from marketing and tenant finding to reference and credit checks, deposit registration, and contract signing.
We never charge any additional fees beyond these two, so you can rest assured that there won't be any surprise charges down the road.
Under our property management service, we take care of it all– from tenant communication and 24/7 callouts to maintenance, certificates and compliance renewal, and even housekeeping and gardening services if needed.
We also handle rent management, arrears chasing, property checks, and tenancy renewals, so you can sit back and relax while we take care of everything for you.
