Today Claire and a team of 5 came to sort out my garden. Great experience from when Claire first came to look at the work required and provide a quote. We called Early Bird last week and they promptly came round and quoted us. The quoted us a fair price (not the cheapest - but I'm never sure cheapest is best. .....). Their team turned up A) looking very smart B) were very personable and C) they worked really really hard.In total they dropped a team of x6 on our back and front gardens. They had two large transit vans and an open back transit - that's a lot of kit for a small (but overgrown) garden. The team tackled much pruning and removing of old bushes and trimming of ivy off the house and from around tree's. The sheer amount of thinning and the resulting amount of garden waste was unreal. 5 hours after arrival, they swept up, checked we were happy, cut a few bits as an afterthought and left. I work in sales/customer experience and I can honestly say - they did a great job and were very professional - Thank You Early Bird Team. Absolutely can not recommend Claire Bird Bulmer and the lads at early bird gardening! My garden was needing some tlc after being left for a while and so I asked early bird to help me sort it, o come home yesterday to a spot on front and back lawn, all weeds and mud pulled from I between driveway slabs etc. . Contacted Early Bird ( Stockton on Tees) regarding a fence replacement after mine blew down a few days ago. They came out to check and give me a quote even though it was on a Sunday. We wanted the fence to be completed quickly and hopefully before Christmas. They came round the following day and the old fence and posts were removed and new post concreted in. The following day they completed the fence. There are no superlative adjectives to describe the service that was provided. Due to my long temporary incapacity I had a bad jungle at the front and a nigh on green forest of a jungle at the back. The response to my on line request for help was spot on called on day as promised to give estimate which was very good arrived on designated day in very good time. All the staff were excellent workers and friendly all professional (up to7 at one time) the gardens are now completely transformed in a fabulous neat and tidy condition no mess at all everything cleared and gone.
