Home & Domiciliary Care

Comunication with Eaglesvale care
Is brilliant especially with having NurseBuddy app now. Dad didn’t like the Carers writing notes about him but with the app the Carers can write them up after they have left now. Most importantly mum has the same two faces all the time which helps as she has dementia. The Carers have been great company for them both. and they put a smile on there faces. They spend time to help mum administer her inhalers as she finds it difficult. They made mums birthday very special. They walked through the door in the morning with the biggest bunch of flowers and a present. They made her hair beautiful put her make up on and carefully selecting the right outfit so I could take her out. They are reliable, punctual, trustworthy and honest and they have made a huge difference to my parents welfare. It’s like sending an Angel down which has took a lot of pressure off me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are really supportive and keep me informed all the time. It took a long time but my parents have got used to them now. All Carers need a wage rise. They do a difficult job and are very caring. I couldn’t do without them now. More...

Q&As

Eaglesvale Care - Promoting Independence - Your Health - Our Priority

We love making a difference and serving the community

The need for home care service in the UK is on the increase as more
people are living longer and desire to be cared for safely in their own homes. We are aware of
the effects of COVID-19 on the NHS and the healthcare system, we would like to provide a
solution to help ease the pressure on the hospitals and provide care and support within the community.

We do not compromise on quality and consistency. All our care staff are well vetted and go through a robust training process including on going mandatory training and Covid 19 Training. All our staff have been vaccinated against flu and Covid 19 enabling us to minimise the risk and to protect our Clients and Carers.

Our services are provided remotely. However, due to the pandemic the initial assessment will be done over the phone. We will then carry out the full assessment at the client's home.

All our staff have been fully vaccinated against the virus. It is a mandatory requirement for our staff to wear PPE at all times. Our staff undertake regular lateral flow testing to ensure the safety of both our clients and carers.

Services

Eaglesvale care will then provide you with regular home visits from our competent carers. These visits can range from 30 minutes to several hours a day depending on assessed individual needs.

This involves our live in carers living and caring for your loved ones in their own home (24/7) .

Respite care provides breaks for family carers. We understand and respect the importance of knowing that your loved ones will receive good care whilst you are away on your holiday. It is our responsibility to ensure a detailed person centred care plan is put in place for every client we take on. This care plan will include robust processes from , risk assessments to daily routines, needs and preferences of those we care for.

This type of care service is also known as family carer replacement. It may be required as a hospital to home transition recovery process. For example, after going through surgery or for those with conditions that require more time to recover before regaining their full independence.

End of life care is support for people who are in the last months or years of their life. End of life care should help you to live as well as possible until you die and to die with dignity in the comfort of your home.

We provide carers who can accompany you or your loved ones to and from the day centres.

Our carers offer support with your shopping, light house work and laundry needs.

Our carers offer support with hobbies and interests

Our carers offer support with making and maintaining appointments, maintaining records, keeping diaries.
