Comunication with Eaglesvale care
Is brilliant especially with having NurseBuddy app now. Dad didn’t like the Carers writing notes about him but with the app the Carers can write them up after they have left now.
Most importantly mum has the same two faces all the time which helps as she has dementia. The Carers have been great company for them both. and they put a smile on there faces. They spend time to help mum administer her inhalers as she finds it difficult. They made mums birthday very special. They walked through the door in the morning with the biggest bunch of flowers and a present. They made her hair beautiful put her make up on and carefully selecting the right outfit so I could take her out. They are reliable, punctual, trustworthy and honest and they have made a huge difference to my parents welfare. It’s like sending an Angel down which has took a lot of pressure off me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are really supportive and keep me informed all the time. It took a long time but my parents have got used to them now. All Carers need a wage rise. They do a difficult job and are very caring. I couldn’t do without them now.
