Charmaine sent in a team of 2 to do a deep clean on my apartment - it's a late 19th century place with 11ft ceilings and fancy old plasterwork throughout. My previous cleaner retired a few months back and I've been playing at keeping it clean since; I needed professional help. The team were friendly and industrious. They did a great job which was especially visible in the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The whole place seems refreshed and it just feels great! DO NOT USE THEM... they initially told us it was £15 per hour for a deep clean and £13 per hour for a standard clean so we booked a cleaner for 2 hours. they then said it would take 3 hrs which I was find with but they stayed for 4.5hrs. I then proceeded to pay them and they told me it would be £160. they said it was now £20 per hour per person!!!! I refused to pay more than my initial quotation. what a scam!!!! More...
