I would highly recommend E & R Property Group. They are extremely efficient, reliable, trustworthy, and outstanding letting agents I have encountered. I have lived in the UK for less than a month. I am new to the place and finding a new home is bit tedious & stressful, but with the help of E & R letting agents, they made the process so fast and simple. Because of them, I have found a place that I can call a home which is safe, clean, neat affordable, and near to my workplace. They even offer me a £25 discount for my rent. If only I can give them more than five stars, I would. Aside from that, I can guarantee 100% that their process of the tenancy is very proficient. They have sent me the tenancy agreement in less than a week as a proof of address. They are so nice and approachable. Easy to contact and fast in providing assistance to a new tenant like me. Don't put them in charge of your property don't rent a property off them don't go into shared accommodation unless you want to feel like a prisoner in your home management are horrible and talk down to you and over you obnoxious no respect not very helpful rude arrogant not a very nice experience at all preferred the old property managers haven't got a clue what there doing
