We have had a problem with our central heating, it was recommended by British Gas to have a Power Flush they recommended Dyno, We've had Dyno for other problem like our stopcock was leaking last week . Dyno-Rod came out to unblock my kitchen sink today in Ipswich. I unfortunately didn't his name but the chap did a fantastic job and clearly knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and got the job done. The lady who deals with the telephone bookings was also very helpful and dealt with my booking very professionally and promptly. Just wanted to say that my recent dealings with Dyno-Rod Plumbing SouthYorkshire & Lincolnshire in respect of job reference DY-WO-3838949have been an excellent experience. From the wonderful Ann in despatch, the Manager Dean and plumber who attended Cole, all have been very professional in their roles. I was kept informed of time slots, and estimated times of arrival wherever possible by Ann in the office and Dean was also very helpful in relaying information. The small but persistent leek from an en suite sink now appears to have been sorted by Cole. A great lad who was customer focused and set about tackling the job with a positive attitude and determination. I also appreciated the fact he was kind enough to thank me for preparing the ground for him by emptying the surrounding area and providing pictures of the areas where the very small leeks were occurring which he said made his job that much easier. Although this job was a recall from a previous job I will say that I am only too aware of the difficulty in sourcing and fixing anything where water is involved as it can get anywhere! All appears to be sorted now but I’m reassured that the company has done and will always do its best to provide an efficient and professional service. I called my home emergency cover at about 6.00 this morning as I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling after my shower. MQ from Dyno-Rod arrived at about 10.30am and checked everything through.
