Enabling and empowering are 2 words that come to mind when I think of John. He has an adept ability to unpick complex situations and identify what the real issues and blockers are.
With a completely non-judgemental, no-nonsense, ‘we’ve all been there or similar’ style of approach that, enables the individual or team to identify what the difficulties and blockers really are and coaches them to identify working solutions not just for now but for the future too.
