Dust2Sparkle, responded to my request for a Full Deep Clean of the Apartment we purchased on the 24th September 2021. I was let down twice by another company, but Dust2Sparkle ensured my requirements were a priority to them.
The manager I spoke with initially was both effective and efficient, possessing outstanding communication skills. The company clearly complies with evidence based quality standards and procedures, ensuring safe effective practice, with a transparent philosophy.
The 2 technicians who undertook the full deep clean excelled in every aspect of work undertaken. Practical skills were exemplary whilst health and safety standards were stringently adhered to. They cleaned and polished with care skill and respect. They advised if the found any issues of concern e g a broken window handle.
When completed , the technicians showed me exactly what they had done.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I would commend them to anyone requiring cleaning services. Dust2Sparkle excell in a field of their own. Thank you very much

Information I was given prior to deep clean was totally different to what was carried out. I was told ceiling to floor cleaning but after I paid I commented walls were dirty and was told they don’t do walls. Cobwebs on light fittings. Dead spider in corner of one of the room. Good job done with oven and cupboards but I had to resolve everything else and because of walls landlord deducted £100 More...
