Service excellent, presentation good. Food. Ordered a lamb dinner, but couldn't identify the meat as lamb. The roast potatoes tasted as if they had been reheated several times. It was almost impossible to cut through the outer skin!. My suggestion- fresh food and new chef. Disapointing. More...

What’s your signature dish?
We have so many, and with the availability of fresh fish delivered only a few hundred yards away from the Duke of Buckingham this play a special place on our menus. one dish I do like currently, is our Duck and Wild mushroom risotto, REAL NICE
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
There are so many menu that we have created over 30 years of Cooking which enable us to first listen to what the customer wants, understand there budget, feel for what seasonal at the time, then hay presto! something bespoke and personal able to that client
What do you love most about your job?
People, delivering the best possible service which is hassle free from start to finish,
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well, The Dream, having work for large companies for over 25 years, it was make or break to have a ago on my own, will not plain sailing, and a complete new set of rule books to learn, but worth its when we bring satisfaction at the end of the day
