John, i offered to come out and sort out any problems. Youve took it apon your self to ask someone else to come in. As explained to you, £300 plastering charge was also materials. Plaster board, bond mix, plaster etc etc so of course youll get a cheaper qoute if they are not buying extra materials. I see you dont mention the fact i done a extra £400-500 worth of work and only charged you £100.
