Kenny at DSK Construction was really reliable and conscientious - nothing was too much trouble, and the architecture plans designed by him were exactly what was needed to get the works approved, so the process was a smooth one!

Working with Kenny has been a pleasure. He clearly knows his trade inside out and is happy to explain what he is doing. A few aspects that I assumed would be done one way, Kenny suggested a cheaper option.
We have completed the first batch of work (repointing, concrete slab and joinery) and are waiting for better weather before starting the next. (Rendering and roof work) In the meanwhile I have asked him to look at a project for my 80 year old mother, so clearly I trust him!

How long have you been in business?
Been involved in construction for over 30 years but more seriously for the last 25 years.
After being employed by developers for many years, it was decided to venture towards the design process in order to create great living spaces for the inhabitants of their property. For many years Kenny worked as a sole trader completing various projects mainly refurbishments, kitchens, structural reconfiguration, bathrooms etc. We then decided to set up DSK.
Once we secured RIBA accredited architecture qualification, we set up DSK Construct in April 2023.
What do you love most about your job?
Although the construction process can be extremely challenging, we have the ability to foresee that during the tough, dirty and critical stages of construction, that once works are complete how pleasing , it will be for the occupants to inhabit there new living spaces.
It is our understanding that through great designs and the construction process, that , this has the ability to transform residents lives.
Being able to have the capability to design, construct and problem solve, seeing projects through to completion is very rewarding process.
