after shopping for dresses all day and feeling really deflated and upset I come across this shop just before i was about to go home, and all I can say is wow ,from the moment I walked in they were so lovely and kind and after trying quite alot of dresses I finally found the one. . the shop is so stunning and every dress was beautiful and I really was spoilt for choice and the 2 women that were on today are such lovely people who cant do enough to help u. my spirits were lifted just by going into that beautiful shop x cant wait for my wedding day xx More...

This was the first place I decided to go to and I found my dress there straight away! They have a range of different styles - so I tried quite a few on but when you know you know! Rachael is lovely and had myself and my bridesmaids laughing all through the appointment. Prices are reasonable, my perfect dress was in my preferred price range, and they have their own alteration service. On my final fitting Sara, who is also lovely, told me exactly how to get the dress on so I could let my bridesmaids know. Highly recommend Dress the Bride. Rachael and Sara were so friendly and patient with me as I tried on almost every dress in the shop before finding the dress I wanted to wear for my wedding. I found the atmosphere in the shop a lot more relaxed than other bridal shops I had visited, with no pressure on me to buy straight away (Rachael helped me to take photos during my first visit of my favourite dresses and I went away and thought about it, then came back to try on my favourite dress again before deciding to purchase it) and I thought there were so many more options of dresses that I could try on here in bigger sizes that fit me compared to other shops. Well I got married early Aug after choosing my dress here 2 years previously. Sara was amazing, right from the very first visit and because of that I didn't even bother shopping around. What an AMAZING experience! They were so friendly and we actually had a laugh, tbh I'll miss going in to see them! I'd been been in some really snotty bridal shops where they made me feel pressured or rushed an I was so stressed about getting a dress and everything but when I went to Dress the bride it literally made my whole 'wedding experience' so much easier. They weren't focused on making me get the most expensive dress and took SO much time with me because I was so indecisive (sorry!). There was a really good selection of dresses in so many styles. I'm 'plus size' so thought I would struggle but they had sizes I could try! They had an amazing sale on so I got a gorgeous Mori Lee dress that I thought was out of my price range for about half the price as the snobby shop!
