Do not trust this company! I have been chasing the them for almost TWO years for my wedding video. Either my messages get ignored or they lie to me and say they are working on it. A year ago they had sent over a version that they called “completed” which was edited so poorly it was shocking to watch. I couldn’t believe as a videography company thats what they hand over to their clients as a “completed” wedding video. I had requested changes but have been chasing ever since with every message being ignored. The original videographer I booked became unavailable right at the last minute for our wedding. I came across dream media and this is when I can truly say everything happens for a reason. I wish I could describe the euphoria I experienced when discovering, Louis of Dream Media UK and Gayan (G Don Photography) often work together. As it was with my desired Photographer, it was crucial that my Videographer highly specialise in their own field, rather than be the 'All-in-One' business solution I saw all too often targeting and over-saturating the wedding market; and whose final product I was always hugely dissatisfied with. When first viewing Louis' wedding highlights gallery, I was immediately drawn to the immense attention given to, and intricate detail within the editing across the board. As an editor myself I know you are at the mercy of time when perfecting an edit, and I knew Louis and his team had somehow dedicated an immense amount of resource and skill to achieve a calibre that I would often only see in cinema. I did not want the 'traditional' wedding video, I wanted unflinching honesty. To capture the devotion and mercy between my partner and I, with a pulse that carried our energies and character; conveying them to any audience... For me, Louis created THE most real, powerful and influential Wedding Event series that moved my family, friends and generations to come, shaking them to what Wedding Film should feel like. If Louis was not a Creative Director and Film-Maker, the world would need him as a comedian. I initially found it very hard to smile, given the relentless focus and ongoing planning my wedding required on each day - that was until Louis worked his other craft. On my first meeting with him, it was such a refreshing experience to see a creative professional who genuinely wants to see and make you smile; whilst amazingly noting down all your requests for themselves down to the deepest detail. His charm is not hidden and the sphere of enchanted humour Louis created around us, turned the darkest nights into the warmest and brightest days... and had them so naturally and elegantly captured on his media. Louis was exceptional at his direction if you are willing to listen, seeing his ingenuity with the drone camera as if it was just another limb, translated into granting a God's eye perspective to our Wedding Events; giving us such deeper insight and unique spirit to our film's narrative. I found it to be a creative bliss with how willing Louis was to take on my ideas or suggestions, and weave them within his vision. I've had so many bad experiences with video 'professionals' trying to sell me on what they thought I wanted; with Louis this was never the case. Instead Louis built my Wedding video WITH me, even after the wedding he constantly was in contact, reporting on progress and requesting input to create the Wedding films my partner and I envisioned. Louis will impart on you an experience you will re-watch, share and absolutely cherish your experience in. It may be your Wedding, Engagement, Birthday or other celebration...
