I've been working with Mick for a year now and most recently in a 50+ Boxercise (group) class which l love. lt's great that Mick and James accommodate all age groups and make the classes fun. Highly recommended.

Finally got around to working out my weight loss since joining Down2Earth in January. 88.0kg- 77.8kg total loss in old money 1stone 9 pounds, in 17 weeks. Absolutely love Down2Earth Personal Training sessions! Mick is always organised and plans each session down to the last second. He is very supportive, enthusiastic and patient. Each session is full of variety and there is never an opportunity to get bored. Who knew an hour could pass by so quickly and that exercise could be such fun! Ive been working with Mick, with amazing results for around six months. His friendly and supportive methods have led me to start "one to one" sessions and I can't wait to see the results.
Micks knowledge of modern training methods is excellent, but his strength is how he turns these into fun exercises Taylor made to the individual - each session is planned and is kept in the infamous little black book. !!!!!
Today I did my first "one to one" session and again I feel shattered but excited about the future. Mick set out the session he had planned at the beginning, helped me remain focused throughout - all with a friendly grin and plenty of much needed water breaks.
