Experience and training go hand in hand. Our carers will provide Domiciliary care and other care services including help with daily household tasks, personal hygiene, and guidance entrusted in a safe and gentle environment.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the before and after. Cleaning is in our genes - We know it may sound silly but there's people who clean and people who can clean-clean. Dove Help was set up by Dee, a former OCD cleaner who became a natural Domiciliary Carer and believes in hiring people who not only enjoy cleaning but enjoy seeing their work and making their clients happy. Through this, she offers cleaning training yearly for all cleaners offering tips and tricks to make a client's house sparkle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Dove Help was established by Dee, a former OCD Domestic cleaner turned Carer with over 16 years of Domiciliary care and Health care experience and 10 years of Domestic Cleaning experience. Dee noticed that there needed to be a change in the care and cleaning agency world;
More communication was needed between families and carers and clients.
Carers and Domestic Cleaners should take yearly training to increase qualifications and help with expertise whilst caring for each client.
Treating clients how they would like to be treated and would like their family to be treated if they required care help.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We encourage the wear of and supply of PPE to our employees whilst encouraging hand washing and sanitising before, during and after their jobs. gloves should be worn at all times and changed when necessary.

Domiciliary care is provided by a professional Health Care Provider in the individual’s residence.
We support the individual needing care in the following areas -
