I received various clients and chose one who was very professional (Antonia) with good reviews. I waited at the property at the agreed time and found that she was overrunning on another job (Antonia left at 12. 30pm returning at 2.15pm). Despite being told all the necessary equipment was available I was asked for a mop and bucket; the two cleaners other cleaners continued their role for 1 hour 45 hours before Antonia returned with necessary mop and bucket 2.15pm (I had three cleaners from 2.30pm until I went to get cash, 2 hours had passed and after the deep cleaning of the carpets was completed I was satisfied with the result) .
