Excellent staff, amazing hotel (even though 3 times I couldn't gain access to my room �) staff couldn't do enough to help, sound proofing was good but didn't block out the workman hammering in the room above at 8am. The room was very clean and spacious however I did need to order a taxi to the other side of the bed to kiss the wife g'night as it was a very very large bed ��� all in all a great experience More...

Enjoyed my stay.
Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice.
The room was so nice, the extra touchs made it so special
Nice sized bathroom and extra towels were supplied.
Breakfast had so many choices.
From a cooked breakfast, cereals
Toast with many preservatives.
Continental
Fresh juices
And make your own pancakes.
Was also not to far away from greenwhich town centre but enough so couldn't hear the hussle of London.
Well be staying here every time visiting London.
Not suitable for family's with young children more for adults

Great hotel in an excellent location for DLR. Very friendly staff and our room was great and always spotless. We stayed for 5 nights to attend the World Athletics Championships in London. The DLR is just a few minutes walk and great connections to Greenwich, London Stadium the O2 and more. Breakfasts are delicious and the afternoon tea is a must whilst you are there. More...

Beautiful location for london with a little garden court yard to front which you can see from room. Excellent service, room service food really fresh and nice. Only one star knocked off due to the policy of a £50 refundable deposit taken from me which I was told could take 5-10 working day to be credited back to my account. I had a business account set up that had paid in full for the room and allowance set for dinner so I would have thought this would have been enough and this policy would have been wavered as a good service gesture. Did feel a bit of a criminal and less a welcomed guest and have never had this type of hotel policy before in any hotel in London, U.K. or even other type branded Hilton hotels. More...

We arrived and was given Room 117 and when we got there our view was a wall. I requested to get our room change but there's none available that night. But the manager promised us that he will reserve a room the following day for us. We stayed and slept in our room 117. The following day we went around the city and when we get back to the hotel they have moved all our luggages in the new room. We were given room 605 which has a better view of the city. Good clean room. Massive bed! Lovely cookies! Only reason not 5 stars is that i could hear people coming in and shutting doors etc seemed poorly insulated but maybe unlucky. Recommend for good location.
