Attended the street party on 15th of December. It was brilliant!

Superbly organised where every detail was covered. We were fed, watered and entertained at almost every point in the evening. We had 15 people in our party and everyone of us had a ball.

We loved the informal dining, we loved that you could go back and forth as many times as u liked to the food stalls, so every opportunity to try everything on the menu. With little to no queuing (in a room that was at capacity) hats off to the organisers the staggered entry into the hall worked perfectly.

Entertainment was outstanding! The 'busker' sang and played his heart out as we strolled and picked our food. Then a band came on and had the dance floor packed! The whole night was brilliant! Well done to all involved in the organising of such a fun and entertaining evening! X

We attended the Street Party last night and have to say it was a great night. After reading the previous reviews I was a bit unsure how the night would be.
The food was good and there was plenty of choice and the music was also very good, so much so the dance floor was full constantly.
The extra touches of the glitter tattoos, magician and elfie selfies were fab (A good laugh)
I know it's each to their own with regards to a night out and what we expect for our money however, I was very impressed that staff were constantly reassuring us that if there was anything they could do for us we just had to ask. There was also a paper on each table which clearly noted that if we had any issues staff would be happy to assist if we asked them.
We stayed the night and the room and breakfast this morning were both lovely and once again so were the staff.
I would definitely recommend this for a good night out with friends that are game for a laugh and want a good night out.

Just back from having a fabulous time at the Treetops. 5 of us went to celebrate 3 x 50th birthdays and had a fantastic time. The housekeeping staff had decorated the room and left little nibbles to enjoy making it very special for the birthday girls. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, yummy breakfast and enjoyed the facilities in the live well suite. Staff made us feel very welcome and looked after us well. Thank you for making our stay fabulous. More...

I stayed here on saturday night and it was amazing, would highly recommend and will be back again without a doubt. The reception staff were very welcoming, every where was very clean and the food amazing, especially breakfast. All staff were friendly especially the lady working in the bar i didnt catch her name, but she was lovely even offered us a lift when her shift was finished if we hadnt got a taxi by the time she went home, as we dont know the area (thanks to her though we managed to get a taxi). We used the health centre in the morning again staff were friendly and it was very clean, i cannot fault the hotel in any way. Thank you very much for making our anniversary night away a brilliant one, and one we will never forget. More...

Had a voucher for afternoon tea and spa access which was used today. The tea was very enjoyable with a great selection to try. The spa facilities were also excellent and perfect there was only a handful of people in it which made it more relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely go back again More...

I have stayed at the hotel but this time I visited with two friends for lunch. First of all on arriving at the hotel I wanted to park at the disabled parking at the beginning of the ramp to make it easy for me. The spot was already being used by a van. Now, there could have been a disabled driver but I have my doubts. There was three young men sitting beside the van having a drink and something to eat. Yes, they could have been disabled, but I’m not convinced. I think it’s because I see it many many times non-disabled people parking in disabled spots. So I parked at one of the other disabled spots which I am really grateful for as I need to open my door as far as it can go so I can move my legs out with minimum bending. I use a walking frame and it would have meant a long walk (for me) to walk up the ramp. So I took the steps with my friend carrying my walking frame. I managed with using the very sturdy hand rail. I had a very nice lunch with my friends. We all enjoyed our food and the staff were very nice and attentive. On leaving I had to use the disabled toilet. Which was excellent and clean. But, an extremely long walk from the bar. The reception staff were busy so I couldn’t ask if there was a disabled toilet closer to the bar. I’m not in a wheelchair and I know it would be really easy for a disabled person being wheeled about. I More...

Really friendly welcome form the receptions staff, however the restaurant staff were excelling on this visit. I always ask my daughter (who is 11 & honest) who was the most impressive staff member and why. The restaurant staff (especially) the F&B Manager were her vote (I agreed) as they showed more of an interest in why we were staying.
Breakfast was plentiful and buffet style, however it would be great to see the Evening Dinner menu alternate (like they do at the Dunblane Hydro) to further vary the choice if your there for a few nights.
We only used the Leisure Club facilities once on the Monday morning. This is a time to avoid if you want a relaxing swim, etc as the pool is being used for private parent and baby swimming lessons which went on and on and on....
Hotel is located in a nice area, but for getting into the city centre or to beach boulevard/attractions you will need your car.
We had a Dinner Reservation for the Sunday, although this was missing when we arrived, quickly sorted out.
We were charged for a lunch in error, again which was quickly sorted by the reception when queried. We were not even in the building when this happened and it does make me have reservations about express checkout or leaving card on file!
For these issues I can’t give a 5 Star report -

Nice hotel, nice staff, breakfast good, rooms cosy, warm if a little on the small side for what we booked. Pool was good , Gym seemed good. Changing rooms a little on the small side.

Only real criticism was , dripping noises and ventilation noises in bathroom. Beds too firm for us and biggest issue, over bath shower water pressure was pathetic and difficult to shower in
