At DORZ Care Services Ltd, we ensure the availability of safe and high-quality care and support services to our SUs including people with either complex needs or basic healthcare needs. The overall aim of our service is to improve choice, control, independence and wellbeing for all our SUs; we work in partnership and collaboratively with SUs to develop and implement their person-centred support plans with the SUs leading the process

DORZ Care Services Ltd has enough suitably qualified, competent and experienced staff to ensure they carry their work properly. All PPE used will be taken care of inline with our Covid policy and procedure.
What do you love most about your job?
Relationship with Service Users. Helping other people to live a normal live.
Knowing that we make a change to a service user gives us the sense of belonging and contributing to community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion for helping other people. Being part of a team that helps other people gives me the sense of giving back to the community

The company intend to continue to employee staff in the community to create more jobs as well as encourage non health social care to join our team by prompting awareness into health and social health care sector through ongoing mandatory training, supervision and appraisal for them. No, cannot work remotely. This agency can only do face to face business as it is a care agency. Therefore, unable to deliver service remotely
