They were very flexible and although were not able to help me fully in the very short time frame available [hence the four stars] , they were able to send someone to help for some of the time.
This was invaluable!
Although two were due to turn up, one was sick so had one young lady arrive. She was very polite and did everything that was asked of her with a smile (thank you). She was also able to pop back briefly for a second go. She helped me move stuff into the garage as well as cleaning. I was very happy with the service I received.

How long have you been in business?
We have run our own cleaning business for over 20 years. However recently we decided that we would reduce our number of customers and offer a more local reliable bespoke service provided by family members only.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We are able to provide cleaning products if requested. However, most of our customers prefer to supply their own cleaning materials which enables us to provide a more cost effective service.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do not employ staff and only use family members to carry out our work. This enables us to not only be reliable but also provide a cost effective service as there are no top up costs to agencies. We are also fully insured and DBS checked.
