I used Do My Cleaning for end of tenancy cleaning and I am more than pleased with the results. The whole house is in an immaculate condition. The bathroom actually does sparkle! I have two children under 6 and as you can imagine the carpets were a total mess when we moved out. After the cleaning they look like no one has lived in the house. I am impressed! Absolutely impressing service!
I used their website to book one off cleaning for my two bedroom flat. I was nicely surprised as the procedure of booking an appointment was super easy.
I received a confirmation email for my booking with all details. After two days came three cleaners, wearing a uniforms and they was very kindly. They did an excellent job!

I requested an "end of tenancy" clean for my apartment to ready it for sale as I did not wish to place another tenant in my property.
Domycleaning subsequently submitted a very attractive quote
which I accepted. In 7 years of owning property in the UK I can categorically state that it was the worst clean I have ever experienced. Not only was the cleaning rubbish - including discarded gloves, containers, carpet fluff, cloths and abrasives left strewn on the kitchen counter - but several garbage bags of like rubbish were left on the balcony. The agents state that the standard is well below par. The windows and balcony were ignored and the rubbish in the bags on the balcony leaked onto the tiles resulting in bad stains. The photographs of the discarded mess were forwarded to Stella of Domycleaning for comment but I have thus far been ignored. I have had to pay other cleaners to remove the Domycleaning rubbish and am further forced to seek cleaners to attend to the exterior windows and balcony tiles. Domycleaning might initially be inexpensive but to my chagrin I fell into the trap of "paying for what you get". Don't waste your money - appoint a recognised professional in the industry. Obviously were Domycleaning to contact me regarding the above and offer to rectify the clean I would repost a review stating so.
