We bought our house back in September 2023 and it was in dire need of modernisation - quite frankly we had a full renovation project on our hands.
Given the age of the house, we needed an experienced builder who had done this many times before.
So, we approached Dominant Construction with our plans and after George visited the site, he gave us a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of the work we wanted. We agreed and we haven't looked back since! Dominant Construction set a high bar for themselves and always put the client-first, their craftmanship and professionalism have been amazing. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family!

We instructed Dominant Construction to build our dream kitchen extension. After we had an awful experience with some cowboy builders we were already quite sensitive when it came to searching for another contractor who could not only deliver our vision but also rectify the mess we had been left with.
I can honestly say that DC delivered what they promised. They are professional, take pride in their work, have a safety first attitude and come with competitive pricing!
George has a great team. He still takes the time to project manage and you can trust him to look after you and your family - especially if you are still living onsite while the work is being done. Even less glamorous parts of the job like waste disposal and securing the site are not forgotten.
So.... don't make the same mistake we did - just hire DC and get your building work done properly, you won't be disappointed :)
