David is such a conscientious person & very thorough in everything he does. We were absolutely delighted with everything he & his assistant (Jacob) did & he was also extremely knowledgeable about all the other services he provides as not only does he do carpet cleaning, he also does several other things too like cleaning windows & whole house deep cleaning & you can tell by the information he gives that he certainly knows his stuff. In fact, we were so impressed that we have asked him to provide a quote for cleaning our windows (inside & out). I will be providing more feedback after he has done those too. David is not only a very thorough cleaner (which is very rare!); but is also extremely courteous, friendly and respectful. He really listens and will do anything to accommodate our needs.

David brings everything he requires for the job so we don’t have to worry at alol about buying lots of different products. He even brings a mop and hoover with him, preferring to have equipment he knows will do the job well.
