I regret I found the end result disappointing. Cosmetically my bathroom looks fine but much of that is down to my choices regarding my supply and quality of materials. I admit there were issues that initially cropped up that were addressed well, (added to cost without any grumbling as it I accepted it as a possibility, so gold star for that) but the reasoning for the lack of two more stars, was that I was left with a shower that was plumbed into the cold pipe only and therefore under pressured and is having to be fixed by another company for reasons below. The shower manufacturers own engineer also confirmed the internal fittings were inadequate and installation instructions had not been correctly adhered to (checking the flow pipe in the loft to connect directly to the two easily visible pipes to the main tank I've learned), the new plumber said it had to have been spotted because both he and Triton said the way it was plumbed, it could never have worked, so I'm currently stuck after nearly a month with a cold, useless shower that's top of the range but unusable. I tried to contact DHR and was fobbed off for two days with promises to call back and arrange a fix over and over that failed to happen and when I messaged that Triton were attending, two hours after that, the DHR boss finally responded somewhat pointlessly by then which was a waste of time in my view by then, so I was left with no choice but to make other arrangements. Such as shame as I liked these guys, but I'm also guessing they were fixated on another job next day and rushed the install of an actual working shower that's now also costing more to get working properly. Again, such a pity, given I even messaged that they could attend at their convenience and was prepared to wait for the completion of the work at their leisure, understanding they were busy elsewhere. So disappointing sadly and a review that I feel I didn't have to write for the sake of a bit of customer care otherwise. More...
