DOMCARE-PRO LTD is based on the principle that institutional care and support is not for everyone. We have set ourselves apart to meet the needs of clients, in their own homes, where they remain in almost total control of their lives. We understand that our role is support clients to achieve this as safely as possible, with utmost dignity and respect for their individuality and choices. Nothing beats having a cuppa WHEN you want it, HOW you want it, and WITH WHOM you want it.

We come from various social care backgrounds where we have witnessed first-hand acts of gross institutional abuse and neglect where clients/patients are not having their needs met because of staff burnout, staff shortages, managerial & staff incompetencies.

We aim to support the idea of avoiding unnecessary long hospital stays, care-home and residential restrictions to family access.

We commit ourselves to matching and providing you with a team of carers that will remain with you for as long as you need. We provide a TEAM so that you have a rotation of the same carers to guarantee continuity of quality care.

We provide regular face to face service reviews. So do not need to worry about dealing with an unidentifiable person that is only reachable on the phone or email. We guarantee you a friendly service with a personal touch. You will not regret working with us.
