General phobias such as spiders, flying and snakes can be treated in 4 sessions
More complex phobias may need more depending what they are but this can be discussed at your free initial consultation so we can see what causes it.

Take back control

If you find yourself unable to control your sweet tooth or find you binge eating to get through your day, there is usually another subconscious issue going on here.
I have worked with clients who come to be about a particular craving, or binge eating to find the problem is entirely different. We work through this and amazingly the cravings/habits of food automatically go away!

I offer face-to-face local yoga classes around the Thanet and Dover areas. Prices are £50 for up to two people per session.
Online is an option but is usually less effective as i want to ensure you are in poses correctly and safely
