After being told that we couldn't get a mortgage of a local mortgage broker and that we would have to wait three months before we applied again Sue was quick to get us sorted for our dream home and sorted it with a well known provider. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Hannie at DNA was absolutely amazing. We could not of wished for a better mortgage advisor. Her professionalism and knowledge throughout the whole process made me and my partner both feel at ease. Hannie sorted 2 mortgage offers for us and made the whole process stress-free. Been a great help in mine and my partners mortgage application so far, kept me upto date with what was going on between the lender they placed me with (Bath Building Society) and themselves. Thoroughly checked my application before certifying it and sending it to the lender. Not only that but it was a rate I was unable to get from the high street. Adam at DNA Financial Solutions has been a great help with our mortgage application, it was a bit overwhelming as first time buyers knowing the steps we needed to go through to get a mortgage but Adam guided us through that process. We only had a 5% deposit to play with and didn't want search after search on our credit file so we left it with them and they offered us a few different lenders, both high street and broker only offers, without it impacting our credit file. They found us a belter of a deal which was, as far as I could tell the best value on the 95% market, it even ran 90% offers very close. All in all I cannot recommend them enough, they chased the lender when they were being slow in processing and made sure that things were done as quickly as possible, with no involvement from ourselves.
