Thanks for your feedback. We always endeavour to have the same lady servicing our clients. Same times they have doctors appointment or holidays and we will send someone to cover. This is explained at the beginning of our services. In addition, the mosg important for us is always the ladies safety and healthy environment. We have faced numerous times the apartment below healthy condition, with cat po.. and Food on the floors. Moreover, we always respect our clients and present ourselves in a nicely manner. However, we will never accept abusive language or behaviour. We are sorry that we had to let you go and wish you all the best with your next Lady, hoping that you find what works for you.

They have not got back to me with a quote! Two days ago they sent a text message and agreed to phone me at 2.30pm yesterday. I needed a cleaner urgently for my Airbnb as my normal cleaners did not show and my guest had arrived, so I contacted DMX to see if they had availability to help. I received a very efficient phone call from Eric and closed the deal by the end of the call. Decent rates, professional cleaners and all was done on the agreed hours.

How long have you been in business?
The company started back in 2017. From a 2 ladies. Now, we grown organically and steady. Training is at the heart of core values.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Once we agree with our clients. We will bring all the professional PRO10+ chemicals and equipment for the fiest visit. Thereafter, the clients will supply. We have experienced that our team members will need only five products to make your home fantastic, and majority csn be bought from your local retailers.
What do you love most about your job?
Engaging with our clients. From the initial visit when we walk around to understand how the client wants their homes looking. To the point we receive the messages thanking us for the job completed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have kids dogs etc... :) it was very hard to keep up with everything. So, we started thinking how could we make sure to balance professional life and the home. That's how DMX wss born, a solution for the busy bees in need of that extra hand for skirting boards, oven and specially cobwebs.

We are trained to the highest nayional standards. Fully Insured, vetted and we love to invite our clients to check our genuine reviews and photos beifre making their decision. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
After Covid-19 we try and keep all cloths and equipments separated from one client another. Also, we are always using hamd sanitation and when necessaary disposable aprons. In addition, we train pour teams to avoid all types of cross contamination
