Had ordered a lift ladder installation on Monday and was installed by Thursday - initial plan wasn’t workable but stuart the installer suggested an alternate and was back on site in a day and installed new hatch and surround and ladder in two hours! Excellent craftsmanship and work and very pleased with the work and service provided

Had the guys here today flooring the loft, lengthening and renewing the hatch, fitting the wooden ladder and providing lighting! Fantastic job completed in one day! Tidy workers who cleared up any mess before leaving - absolutely delighted and won’t hesitate in singing your praises! Thank-you so much - hopefully I can have a nice tidy home now!

Had the loft ladders installed just before xmas guys arrived on time v professional clean up after themselves and ladders fantastic I can now go up and down whenever I want no longer having to wait till one of the guys around to do it for me. ..so easy to use and of course I can now use so much storage space thanx guys x More...

I had a deluxe ladder. Installed in January the workmen did an excellent job and cleaned up behind them they also had to widen the loft hatch to fit this ladder and i am very pleased with it great job guys thank you xx

DMS have done the following on my house: Underfloor and Roof insulation; Loft Flooring; new radiators; a complete overhaul and redesign of the central heating system; new HW tank, additional header tank, relocation of mains water stop, and much more. I was pleased with the work across many areas. The planning and advice were good (the only company not to try and recommend an inappropriate combi-boiler). The installation teams have been experienced. They were able to troubleshoot long-term problems in the heating, problems that other companies were not capable of resolving. The standard of the work has been high. Work has been transparent, quality components were used and the teams did not take shortcuts. They were also able to come up with clever solutions to solve several problems. I remove 1 star in my review due to the terrible back-office coordination of the workmen and the time they wanted the bulk of payment before a job was fully finished and the system had not been commissioned properly (again due to a mix-up of which workmen should have attended the commissioning). This said, I will use DMS again based on the positive points and I hope that the constructive feedback will be taken onboard. Otherwise, I'll be having a good old rant with Shayne again! More...

The guys doing the intallation arrived exactly on time. They were polite and got on with the job straight away. When they were finished, they cleared up and left no mess. I recently had DMS install underfloor insulation. At first I thought ‘The Green Deal’ was just another con. The guys came to our house in Glasgow south side and did the job quite satisfactorily. No issues. We have arranged for the full building to be done with Cavity Wall Insulation in middle of March. The prices were amazing on the green deal. It is NOT means tested. Very fast and clean install. Slight issue with the way the floorboards that were removed during installation were refit, but this was easily fixed after the job was completed.

Having underfloor insulation fitted has definitely made an improvement to the warmth within the house.

Great advice from the sales advisor and didn't feel and pressure sales like some other companies. Fitters attended for under floor insulation and provided a great service. Work was carried out within two days of initial enquiringly in a very satisfactory manner.
Unfortunately the men did not have any sealant and despite two requests to have the job completed we are still waiting. Also we are still waiting for a receipt despite two requests.

Overall the job was very satisfactory - the follow up not so good.

I have had these guys out twice now. Firstly to insulate my loft roof space and underfloor insulation, and also to instal a loft ladder.

I can highly recommend their services. They carried out the work with no issues, they were friendly, tidy and efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Hi to everyone that is perhaps considering to use DMS INSTALLATIONS as a viable energy solution. I began working for this company in the middle of November this year (2017). Myself and another chap where charged with the installation of cavity wall insulation using therma bead. They had us using a van that had no brakes no hand brake and the the gear stick broke en route to a job, needless to say that job had to be postponed until the van had been serviced. However the gearbox was mended and we were sent back out with all the other issues of brakes and dodgy installation equipment still requirin repair. It doesn't end here, after going back out to work with the best intentions myself and my colleague were bumped two weeks before Christmas and we both have families who are dependent on us so needles to say I would give this company a massive wide berth as they are charlatans who constantly tell their customers and employees lies. People might think that I am just an ex employee with an axe to grind and make them out to be unreliable. It may well be the case but please believe that everything I have written here is absolutely true. DMS get five stars for lack of integrity. Also Stuart alladyce works for dms so that's why in the reviews he has strongly recommended the company. As I said folks....CHARLATANS More...

Had new pipework and radiators installed. First class job by the engineers. Decided to replace the oil combi boiler a few weeks later, again, a first class service by a very skilled engineer.

I would have given a 5star rating but sadly the accounts department in this company needs a shake up. Delayed quotes, one was only received after contacting them and actually only arrived the day the boiler was installed! Not good and does little to promote customer confidence.
l also had to chase them for the invoices for the work done.
