We contacted Dennis regarding our house development and he was a blessing. He not only fully engaged our neighbours and drafted an inclusive Party Wall Award, (a task complicated by extensive underpinning required under both houses), but we engaged him to assist with other aspects of the project.
This additional consultation worked, which we requested, saved us a considerable amount of time and money. (We would have needed to bring in all these other consultants otherwise, or engaged our contractor to do this which we wanted to keep separate).

Party Wall Surveying
As a party wall surveyor, Dennis can and has provided complex construction projects (underpinning in central London involving historic buildings and multiple commercial and residential properties), to simple loft conversion, rear extension projects.
He has very few overheads and provides a 100% personal service - often giving free technical advice as part of his work.

Dennis has extensive experience working as a consultant for English Heritage.
At the Tower of London, Dennis refurbished the Armouries and manger extensive renovation in and on the White Tower.
Equally, he has also run projects such as the installation of a luxury, state of the art swimming pool complex in Hadley House.
House Buyers Survey
I carry out detailed house buyer's surveys with an in-depth, costed, builders survey.
I particularly find many of my clients prefer to utilize my 40 years building knowledge - especially unique historic buildings. The latter is important because very few surveyors have this firsthand experience. Even buildings dating back to the 1940's, have specific detail and methods within their construction that may affect your purchase.
I specialize in identifying these things and setting out a costed plan to rectify them wherever possible.
