Our let was taken over by Donna from Mitchell Property Management and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Any issues with the property were sorted very quickly and communication was great. Unfortunately the property owner sold up which was no fault of DLB rentals but Donna was very empathetic and gave us more than the 4 weeks required to look for another property which I can't thank enough as moving two kids, one with a disability can be very challenging. But if we ever had to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact DLB rentals to find another property At the end of tenancy, everything went smoothly from handing the keys back to doing a walk through and getting the deposit back was stress free which speaks for itself as a lot of landlords try and deduct for small things but not Donna she is more than fair which gives me confidence in recommending anyone to let a property from DLB Rentals Thanks again Donna, I wish you success with your business in the future More...

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the variety of my business including dealing with landlords on a one to one basis, taking time to discuss their needs, visit their property and give them a valuation before beginning the process of securing a tenant. My managed services means I spend time with tenants, addressing an repairs, carrying out property checks and receiving rent.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending 14 years in an agency which became very large, I decided I wanted to get back to the one-to-one relationships again and step out on my own.

I consider myself to be honest, efficient and will give 100% to every client.

I can provide services online, tenancy agreements are signed by all parties via ESIGN, inventories are generated and emailed to tenants so property management is very much based online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carried out walk through videos and scaled viewings back at the time of covid.
