What do you love most about your job?
The most thing I love about my job is providing domiciliary services supporting individuals in the community. This gives them the opportunity to live as independently as possible, allowing them to remain within their familiar and own environment whilst making a positive impact in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Diversified care solutions was founded on the principles of providing good, honest & high-quality care to people who wanted to remain in their own homes. We understand that most people want to stay in the comfort of their own home as they age.

Unfortunately we do not offer online services. We provide face to face care packages depending the care needs of the client. We visit a client in their own home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There are currently no Covid-19 restrictions in place across the UK, however guidance recommends people who catch the virus should stay at home if they have symptoms. At Diversified Care solutions we understand the importance of infection control and we also provide appropriate PPE to our carers for each individual visit. We encourage our staff and clients to get NHS advice regarding current COVID 19 and its management.
DOMICILARY CARE
Our domiciliary care services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, providing a range of support that is flexible and responsive. Our aim is to ensure our clients can remain as independent as possible, while receiving the care and support they need.
Diversified Care solutions provide home to home care to adults of 18 to 65 years old and the elderly over 65 years including people with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.
Our services include providing:
24/7 care
Personal care
Medication administration & support
Meal prep and serving
Light house keeping
Companionship
Respite care
Live in care
Palliative care support
AND
Enteral feeding care i.e. Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG), Percutaneous Endoscopic Jejunostomy (PEJ) and Nasogastric (NG).
RESPITE CARE
We offer a range of flexible services for respite care services to give a primary care giver a break a primary care giver a break from their caring responsibilities. This can be planned as a one off or regular visits from an hour to as much time as one needs .
COMPANIONSHIP SERVICES
Our companionship services involve support with regular activities in the community. Our aim is to ease the feeling of loneliness and share your time with a trusted familiar and friendly face. The service comes in the form of a regular visit for a cup of tea and a chat; going to the local shops and keeping company while engaging in hobbies.
