How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Lots of communication and a great ear! You'll see from our reviews on Google we really engage with customers, listen to their wants & needs, offer impartial friendly advice and ultimately work closely with them to ensure they get exactly what they want
What do you love most about your job?
The people and the end result when we see how much of a difference we've made to their event. We work hard to really impress our clients and knock their event out the park!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've worked in hospitality for many years (and met in hospitality!) I did a business degree and my Husband aka the Chef has always worked as a Chef so the business was always a dream and a passion
Why should our clients choose you?
Being a small independent we can offer a more personal in-depth service. We genuinely care about delivering the perfect product and service. We pride ourselves on being flexible and understand every event is different and a set menu or service style isn't neccessarily fitting. We're happy for clients to mix and match from different menus, alter dishes, request specific service styles or dishes or request a bespoke menu
