Personal Counselling
With a free 30 minute consultation, we offer packages of up to six sessions at £40 each, which can be reviewed and extended if required.
If you decide that you would like to try counselling, you may be wondering what to expect. Counselling is a way to get some space to talk through whatever you might be finding difficult in your life and can help you to feel better able to cope. It is a very individual process and people use counselling in lots of different ways: to deal with a specific issue or event, to learn more about themselves, to improve self-esteem, to improve relationships and for many other reasons. You can attend as many sessions as you need to, some people find what they need in 4-6, others see a counsellor for longer.
Your counsellor will work with you to identify what you are hoping for and then what type of support might be the best fit. Your counsellor isn’t able to fix things for you, but provides a safe space for you to work out how to find the changes you feel you need.
