Direct2 U care limited are CQC registered and our Aims and objectives are as follow:

•To deliver a service of the highest standard that will improve and sustain the client’s overall quality of life
•To deliver outcome-based services to all our clients
•To provide services that safeguard and promote the health, welfare and quality of life of vulnerable people living in their own homes
•To provide a reliable, dependable, and responsive service at all time
•To accord all our service users’ courtesy, respect, and dignity
•To provide services users with a choice on how they wish to have their care provided for them in accordance with their agreed plan of care.
•To match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the client and respect the need to change the care worker in the event of subsequent non – compatibility.
•To foster an atmosphere of care and support with our service users which both enable and encourage them to live as a full, interesting and independent lifestyle as possible.

•To support individuals to identify available meaningful community activities of their choice and encourage them to take part so their social skills can be promoted and maintained.
•Assess needs, plan and deliver agreed support in a way which meets the needs of the individual whilst respecting their wishes.

•To support individuals to retain their dignity by continuing to live their chosen lifestyle for as long as they wish and are physically and mentally able to do so.

•To provide a service that fully satisfies the needs and expectations of individuals in their own homes
•To actively seek and value the contribution made by informal Carers, families, and relevant others in the care planning.

•To protect our Service Users and staff from hazards and abuse whilst respecting their right to take measured risks.
