I had a specific set of circumstances which my existing letting agent was unable to fulfil. A genuinely pleasant renting experience. Having had troubles with a previous landlord, the Direct Residential team really changed my perspective on private renting as a whole.
They were always professional and undertook any maintenance issues without delay and completed to the highest standard.
The team were always on hand if needed and were always happy to help with the smallest of queries - no matter how silly they were.
They have a contact/contractor for anything you could need whilst renting in their properties, obviously some things are at the tenants expense but still good to have this available nonetheless.
I would highly recommend, and have highly recommended, Direct Residential for your renting or sales needs. You definitely won't be disappointed!!!
