This company were great , they were all very polite and professional ,the surveyor didn't mind me asking loads of questions , answered them all !

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish would highly recommend anyone who is looking to fix penertrating damp, the team Ashley Mason and Kai talked myself and my wife through everything start to finish very tidy cleaned up after themselves and more importantly sorted out our inside walls with a lovely finish and also costed our pine end wall.

This was an excellent experience! The surveyor came and inspected the problems, listened to what I wanted and suggested the remedies on offer, leaving a sensible quote and explaining what was involved. A further problem emerged after his visit and he immediately came back to have another look, adjusting the quote to encompass the extra work entailed. I was so impressed by his attention to detail and his explanations that I have accepted the revised quote and have been given a date for work to begin. The advice we received was far more sensible than the people who instaled the foam insulation . We went ahead and although we had spent a lot of money on the foam, damp was coming through as soon as they finished.
DBSL came when they said they would and worked hard the whole time they were here, they were polite and pleasant and certainly knew what they were doing. They were here for 5days and they brought in more men to get the job finished , they were tidy and cleared after themselves. I think they deserve a big thank you.

unfortunately my property was suffering from severe damp issues had a free survey done by this company, was presented with a solution now my property is back where it needs to be 5star service from these lads thanks.
